Our UK based support team are here to support you 24/7. No matter the day or the time, an experienced member of our staff will be on hand to assist whether you have a small WordPress site to migrate or multiple servers colocated that require upgrades.

We accept both credit and debit card payments as well as Paypal, ensuring you always have a choice in how to pay. Whilst we can also accept bank transfer this is not instant and as such will almost certainly introduce a delay in processing your order.

Unless explicity agreed & stated, there is no contract period with our hosting, we will invoice you monthly or yearly until you wish to cancel, at which point the remaining billing period will finish and your account will be suspended.
